Conbox Stacking Instructions

Start by building the first Conbox (top)

Each Conbox will arrive in a flat pack box. In order to complete assembly you will require a handheld drill, with a Phillips Head attachment. 

Open the cardboard box and remove the top panel and the three panelled wall piece.

Place the top panel on the top of the three panelled wall piece. Ensure that the box is the right way up (the logo should be at the top).

There are two holes along the two short edges of the top panel. Use your handheld power drill and drill the 4x Phillips Head self tapping screws through the top panel into the sides.

Hold your Conbox in assembled position while drilling.

 Open the second Conbox and put the top panel to the side.

Open the front and side panels & screw the 6x adjustable feet on

You may need a second person to help carefully sit the top Conbox on top of the bottom Conbox .

Line up the nuts 7 holes. Screw in the 6x bolts from the underside.

Go to your currently unsightly outdoor unit.

Push the Conbox over the unit and adjust the feet if the surface is uneven. The feet can be adjusted by screwing on to decrease the height or vice versa.

Admire your now beautifully covered outdoor unit, and enjoy your comfortable conditioned air.

Secure to the wall as required.
