How to measure

Measure your air conditioner or battery, then add at least 8 cm to the width, 4 cm to the height and 4 cm to the depth so there is room for airflow and the cover's frame. The sizes you give us are the external measurements: the internal space is 3 cm less in height, 6 cm less in width and 3 cm less in depth because of the aluminium frame.

When a ready-made size doesn't fit, we make one that does. Enter the outside width, depth and height you need, choose White or Charcoal and a louvred or solid top, and the price updates as you type. Choose the solid top to keep direct rain and sun off your battery and inverter, with louvred sides for airflow.

  • Your measurements, from W300 x D280 x H300 mm up to W1700 x D1400 x H2200 mm
  • Allow at least 80 mm more than your battery in width and 40 mm in depth and height: the inside is 60 mm narrower and 30 mm shallower and lower than the outside
  • 2 mm powder-coated aluminium in White or Charcoal: won't rust and suits coastal areas
  • Curved recess, 100 mm deep, at the back for cables and conduit
  • Floor-standing on adjustable feet (adds 20 to 40 mm of height), or fixed to the wall
  • Made to order: production and shipping up to 14 weeks, sometimes sooner. Custom sizes are made for you and can't be returned for change of mind, so please measure carefully
