BEFORE YOU ORDER
How to measure
Three measurements and you're done. Measure your air conditioner's outdoor unit or your battery, then pick the size that leaves room for the frame and airflow.
Or search your model
- 1
Width
Measure side to side at the widest point, including the valve cover and any pipes or brackets on the side.
- 2
Depth
Measure from the wall to the front of the unit, including the fan guard and anything sticking out.
- 3
Height
Measure from the ground (or the slab the unit sits on) to the highest point of the unit.
Then add room for the frame and airflow
We recommend a minimum of 8 cm added to the width, 4 cm added to the height and 4 cm added to the depth of your unit. That's the smallest cover size that will fit.
| Size | Cover (W x D x H mm) | Fits units up to |

| ConBox Extra LargeWhite · Charcoal | 1200 x 550 x 1600 | 1120 x 510 x 1560 |

Recess for pipes and conduit
Every cover has a 100 mm recess for your pipes and conduit to pass through, so the cover sits neatly against the wall.
Adjustable feet
The adjustable feet add 20 to 40 mm to the cover's height and let you level it on uneven ground. Allow for this if it needs to fit under a window sill or eave.
Built to last
Made from 2 mm powder-coated aluminium, so it won't rust, even near the coast.
Solar batteries
Measure the whole battery or battery stack, including isolators, brackets and cable glands on the sides. For modular batteries, measure the full stack you'll install.
Ordering a custom size
The measurements you enter are the cover's external size. The internal space is 6 cm less in width, and 3 cm less in height and depth, for the aluminium frame. So add at least 8 cm to your unit's width and 4 cm to its height and depth.
